In my doctoral research, I developed the concept of Platform Cooperation, examining the conditions under which platforms comply with, resist, or negotiate governance demands. This work builds on more than a decade inside the industry, including roles in Trust & Safety, Legal, and Crisis Management at Google and Meta, giving me a vantage that spans academic theory, platform practice, and the geopolitics of tech regulation.

Experience
I have more than ten years of professional experience in the technology sector, including roles at Google and Meta working with Trust & Safety, Risk Management, Platform Policy and Governance. Currently I am a consultant and a speaker covering topics such as platform governance, digital regulation and artificial intelligence.
Today I work across research, consulting, writing, and speaking, translating this expertise into public debate on AI governance, disinformation, platform accountability, and the shifting balance of power between states, platforms, and citizens.
